I developed the REVAMP Method to help guide you through identifying trigger foods & gut imbalances and implementing sustainable diet and lifestyle changes targeted towards your goals and symptoms relief. We work together to personalize your approach based on your stage in your gut health journey, your lifestyle, and your desires.
